About This Project
Making relationships in a business is key! We have done numerous projects for this customer in the past years, from large to small. When they decided they wanted to turn their old family barn into a wedding venue, we were excited to take on the challenge. We had to add fire protection with a sprinkler system, all new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Most areas in the barn had to be brought up to code for ADA requirements, such as adding a lift. Gorgeous tiled bathrooms were added on the first floor, as well as the basement. A beautiful bridal room was created upstairs, and a rustic grooms room was modified downstairs. Barn doors were added through out the barn. Chandeliers were added on the main floor. A rustic bar area was created out of old wood that was removed in the barn. Flooring had to be added in areas and were stained to match the old barn floor boards. A landscaped courtyard area was added outside the basement doors for outdoor ceremonies and cocktail hour. This project was a challenge, but very rewarding!
