About This Project
This rental property was purchased and restored from top to bottom. The basement was gutted, waterproofed, insulated, and made into a finished area with a home bar. The bar base was there when the house was purchased, and the homeowner wanted to reuse it. Hardwood floors upstairs were stripped down and refinished with a deep black stain. The kitchen was reconfigured and was replaced with black cabinetry and white quartz counter tops. Both bathrooms were redone completely with new showers, vanities, and plumbing fixtures. The exterior was touched up with new doors and shutters. A new Azek deck was added in the backyard for entertaining space.
