Our Process

First Meeting
The first time we meet with you, we will discuss your project, take measurements, and propose ideas. We will also review your budget to help determine what best works for you.

Preliminary Estimate
After the initial meeting, we will create preliminary budgets, designs, and floor plans to help make your decision easier. Additionally, we will provide 3D renderings whenever suitable.

Contract Agreement
Once you receive the preliminary estimate and are comfortable and ready to move forward, we will have you sign the contract and provide a deposit to begin the pre-construction process of your project, including design selections.

Final Design / Pre-Construction
Our interior design team will guide you through the process of finalizing the design, selecting finishes, and updating the 3D renderings as needed. During this time, your project manager and site superintendent will be in touch to meet and discuss any questions prior to the start of your project, and final plans will be created.
