The owner of Rachel’s Creperie in Lancaster City had a small outdoor space for customers to eat, but the deck was wearing out and in need of repair. She desired a larger space to seat more people, as well as the ability to use it longer throughout the year by adding a roof. The deck was too hot for many people in the heat of summer and unusable in anything less than perfect weather conditions. To remedy these problems, we created an extended timber-framed paver patio with a roof. Also included was a stainless-steel waitress station, allowing the staff to easily clean up and provide for the tables outside. The cabinetry has areas for a trash can, waste bucket, utensils, and bus bins.
