The Berner Project

With retirement around the corner, these clients were ready to update their home to better serve their needs for years to come. The existing bathrooms were outdated and did not function as needed, so they were refurbished to make each bathroom more open, bright, and functional.

Both the master bedroom and bathroom now feature bold wallpaper, wainscotting and paneled walls, while the bath incorporates full-height quartz shower walls, a pebble shower floor, heated chevron wood look-floors, gold fixtures, and inset cabinetry. The hall bath was updated with custom cabinetry, champagne bronze fixtures, marble chevron flooring, and large format porcelain shower tile. The office bathroom features a custom quarter-sawn white oak vanity and linen cabinet, modern sliding barn door, black fixtures and accents, dark stone tile with pebble waterfall accents, and a built-in trash and hamper area.
