In order to create an space for these clients to age in place, we designed an addition which would be a master suite, but also expand and renovate some current areas that were not ideal for their needs. The new addition ties into the house through double french doors, which used to lead out onto a deck area. You’ll see custom trim throughout which ties into the age of the existing brick 1920’s home. The new addition is full of storage throughout, bringing in tall hall storage, a full laundry room, and a butler’s pantry.
