This kitchen remodel required us to relocate basement stairs and add a LVL beam to open up the floor plan. The previous layout had the stairs between the kitchen and the living room, which created small spaces and no room for any expansion. By doing these changes, we were able to open up the first floor and create a big and open kitchen and living space for these homeowners to use for many years to come.
