About This Project
This customer purchased a home with a beautiful rooftop balcony and sun room, but the sun room was not a welcoming space and didn’t serve a purchase. We added a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace as the focal point, tongue and groove ceiling boards, faux beams, mantles, and a mini split unit to keep the area comfortable year round. The mini split unit was even custom wrapped so it wouldn’t take away from the fireplace design.
