This customer purchased a home with a beautiful rooftop balcony and sunroom, but the sunroom was not a welcoming space and didn’t serve a purpose. We added a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace as the focal point, tongue-and-groove ceiling boards, faux beams, mantels, and a mini split unit to keep the area comfortable year-round. The mini split was even custom wrapped so it wouldn’t take away from the fireplace design.
