This client wanted a more functional and updated kitchen space and desired first-floor living in their home. An addition out the back corner of the house offers great views to the backyard as well as accessible access to the first floor. A master bathroom was added, and the laundry was relocated to create a master suite. A roll-in shower and wall-mounted toilet make the room accessible.

The kitchen remodel utilizes every inch of space with utensil drawers, plate dividers, pantry pull-out storage, blind corner cabinets, spice dividers, and a custom walnut coffee bar that features built-in refrigerator drawers and a bar sink. Both the fridge and dishwasher also have integrated panels to create a seamless look.
