Our clients began looking into this project because they were unable to access their garage from the inside of their home. After parking in the garage, they had to exit it and walk around to the side door to get inside. They were also ready to update their kitchen, which was 20+ years old. In order to allow access to the garage, we relocated their laundry room and mudroom to where the existing kitchen was. By doing so, we were able to give them a larger and more open kitchen, and offer a mudroom and laundry room right off the garage, without requiring any additions.
