Dave Kotzmoyer

Facilities Manager

Dave joined TK Building & Design in 2023 as our Facilities Manager after a long career in telecommunications. One of his favorite construction projects was working with his family to fully renovate their 150-year-old home. Dave enjoys the organizational and logistical aspects of assisting our team and facilities, as well as the more relaxed atmosphere of working with family and friends.

Dave lives in Mountville with his wife, Robin, and enjoys spending time with his growing family of three sons and their wives and children. In their spare time, he and his wife enjoy exploring national and state parks.
