Stephen Yates

Project Coordinator

Stephen originally joined TK Building & Design in 2020 as a Field Carpenter, but has since transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator. Prior to joining TK, he worked for his family’s general contracting business for over two years before relocating to Pennsylvania. In his role as Project Coordinator, Stephen is often the first person to interact with our customers and is responsible for taking a project from the initial phone call to a signed contract. His favorite part of working at TK is the valued relationships our employees build with one another.

Stephen lives in Lititz with his wife, Kaitlyn, and daughter, Madison. Outside of work, he loves to play and watch sports.
